Blue Ridge Live Koi Fish Standard Fin - Garden Pond, Aquarium and Tank, Healthy and Bio-Secure - Grade AA

I purchased a lot 10 standard koi 6-8". They arrived alive this afternoon and are already schooling around in my big pond. I am a veterinarian with very high standards, and I highly recommend and will purchase from Blue Ridge again. PS. Love the gold shimmer one of the fish has in sun light!

I edited this to let everyone know that they have great customer support!!!I am a 18 year Koi pond owner, who has purchased many Koi from around the USA... so here is my experience.We had recently cleaned out pond, which is 7 feet deep, has a 3 feet water fall spilling over rocks and over 11,000 gallons of water. The pond was acclimated for two weeks with the AquaScape Filter running full time and the water was tested.We received 28 Koi, three extra! Nicely packed, cool insulated box. But the fish were stressed and listless. I acclimated the fish for 1.5 hours, after 20 minutes I measured the temperature in the bag water and pond water and they were identical, BUT I let the fish sit in the bag, in the shade longer, just to make sure. I hand released the fish to make sure that the bag water did not contaminate the pond water.The fish immediately swam to find hiding placed. After two weeks, there were only three fish the were visible in the pond, all other fish were hiding.I lost 4 fish in the first week, to me that it to be expected. By week two I had lost another 5 fish, now I have lost a total of 16 fish after week 3.Out of the original 28, I do have 12 left.I have rarely lost any of the Koi that I have purchased over the past 18 years, they have been good eaters and know to come to food that is dropped into the pond. I have yet to see any of these fish eat koi food. I keep a good schedule of dropping food twice a day, but no one is eating yet.I hope I don't lose any more.

I received 10 of the 3-4 inch AA grade koi about three months ago. The koi showed up health and active. they have been eating constantly and have probably almost doubled in size.They are a good variety of dotsu, ginrin, metallic and standard scale. the variety i received (as far as i can tell were): kohaku, asagi, black, lemon harawake, a kujaku, ginrin soragoi, metallic ginrin sanke, doitsu kohaku, yamabuki ogon and a ginrin hi utsuri. It's good batch to start a pond with since they're all unique and easily identifiable.

All ten arrived alive. Nice selection. Released them into the pond after acclimation. So far so good.

They are survived and are doing well. I ordered 3 standard fin and 5 butterfly. Well packed, but was a bit concerned since the box arrived very warm ( we had 90 + temp that day, and the inside bag had little air left in the bag. They travelled nearly 2-3 thousand miles to get here. Would recommend someone be home when they arrive to get them in the pond ASAP. They are all healthy all will be buying more soon. Highly recommend!

Short Review: FAST DELIVERY, 28 Koi from an order of 25, great packaging, AMAZING VALUE.Koi arrived in the next two business day, days before the expected Amazon delivery date. Of the 25 ordered (3-4inch). One arrived almost dead, which is expected, and not disappointing, but I received 28 total Koi! The average cost of the koi was cheaper than if I went to pet stores etc. And the Koi were of superb quality, decent shape, and very diverse and interesting color. I have no idea of the AA grade, but they look fantastic and the value is clear. I WOULD ORDER AGAIN. The packaging was also very good, cold pack and insulated, double bagged.

Fish arrived alive and were active as soon as I let them go in the pond. This was the best deal for koi that I found anywhere online. Good mixture of colors in the group.
