Beware of defective Drum
We purchased this drum replacement in December, so unfortunately Amazon says the warranty/return period has expired. I opened this box for the first time today and noticed there was a rip in the protective foil, so there is no way to know if this was a true OEM, unused cartridge, and not remanufactured. As the cartridge was removed from the packaging, it literally GUSHED toner everywhere. I found the circled tabs in the photo were not fully snapped into each other. I would really like a refund, would be happy to return this. I'm not so sure if I would trust a replacement.

toners are dated 2017. they are 5 years old. mfg date should have been detailed on the posting.

TONER EVERYWHERE. Poor conditions
This drum cartridge does not seem like new, it has been opened and definitely used. MAGENTA TONER EVERYWHERE. I contacted the seller I’ll update when I get feedback and solution to this problem.
