Works well, easy on, easy off. I buy these for my father who has very bad arthritis and even he can get them on and off. He has a size 38 waist and they fit well.

Is effective but tricky with adhering it.

The item is great and really works well. I gave this 4 stars due to the fact the expiration date is Dec 2025. Normally they are good for a couple years.

On the box in all caps - DO NOT PLACE DIRECTLY ON SKIN. So, you are to put it over your clothing. I wanted to place on my shoulder, so unless I can wear a thin, skin tight shirt, then the patch just sits on my shirt and it is loose from my arm and the patch hardly touches or doesn't touch my shoulder. In other words, the patches are useless!

Not really effective..warm for limited time ..too sticky but not able to move..small

The hot patches work real well- they get hot quickly and remain hot for well over a day. Also a good value for the money.

NOT intended to be put directly on skin!!! Way too hot for that and you'll burn yourself too! Very easy to use. I either put it on my back on a shirt I'm wearing or put it on the back of my underwear for my lower back. It hits the spot perfectly, the pain is gone! Perfect size and not at all bulky! You can take it anywhere you go and there is no smell to it! I highly recommend this to those suffering from lost back pain. It can also be used when your menstruating. Just remember, don't put it directly on your skin! It's 100% better than other heating stick on pads out there!
