I buy them for my cat to tare up.
I have one cat that likes to play with balls and also likes it more because he can enjoys ripping the fuzz off them. So if you have a cat that loves to tare things up, give them this and it might help keep them from taring up your carpet or furniture. They are worth the cost of having a few of them around. Once your cat realized how much fun it is to tare them up it truly helps from them taring up things you don't want them to damage. If your cat likes these big tennis balls then this is an inexpensive attack toy for them. They last a long time. I just pull off the big fuzz when needed. The ball lasts a long time till my cat has most of the fuzz pulled off. When they don't have much fuzz left that is when I throw them away. However if you have a dog that likes to play catch and fetch you could use the tennis balls for that or give the fuzz-less balls to someone that has a dog that likes to play with them. I don't have a big dog so I throw them away when the fuzz is about gone. However do remember to cut off the fuzz the cat has pulled so he doesn't accidentally swallow the fuzz. Just keep trimming off the big fuzz every now and then. Cats don't like to eat the fuzz, but if they accidentally get too much fuzz in their mouths if they can't get it out they will swallow it which can't be good for their digestive system.

So far it's still in one piece
After going through several types of dog tennis balls with having habitual issues with the outside coming off or them breaking at the seam, I took a chance and bought these balls. I wasn't crazy about the squeaker inside because my dog loves to chew on skeaky toys until the squeaker breaks, but since these balls would be strictly for fetch I figured we'd be ok. So far my 18 lb mini labradoodle has only managed to break the squeaker and that's it! The rest of the ball is still intact after about half a dozen or so fetch sessions. I'm impressed that these have lasted longer than other brands we've boughten. The downside to these is the price. It's a bit more than I would want to spend on a regular basis, but if the balls last a long time I don't mind paying yhebprice

Dogs love them, but…
My dogs love these.. very squeaky…but not for dogs who are aggressive chewers. I have one dog that loves to skin these are destroy them within 20 minutes. Nothing against the product itself, but beware if you have an aggressive murderer like I do…

Smaller for my dog, durable for her chew!
Smaller dog, big tennis balls she can do but they bounce around before she can grab them. These are perfect size and the best part she loves when she is done retrieving them to sit and chew. She has chewed and chewed and they didn't break open. Aside from a low cutting lawn mower they have stayed intact and she loves them. That's enough for me to buy again if I need to. I have tried other hard balls but she doesn't like them like she does the "tennis ball" type. These are perfect for her.

$5.99 one month and now they’re $11.99 in June
Good product for the like price. My son played baseball for years and he had many Franklin products over his career. So we bought these the first time about a year ago. The puppy loved the squeak and it was great for a lab puppy, because they are heavy chewers. Had a good bounce for fetching. I went back to order some more because I threw some over the neighbors yard and they never returned them! Now they went from $5.99 (inMay) for 3 to $11.99 for 3 in June. That’s double cost in one month!!! What’s up? So I am happy with the product in the past I am going to have to find another provider. I gave them a lower rating due to the cost issue. I know everything is more costly now but to jump 50% in one month is unexplainable.Revision from a previous review. We’ve bought these for several years for our Labrador puppy. You’ve seen the price go up come back down, but the quality has changed for sure. In July, I bought another pack of three. My dog loves to chew on them, they hold up OK with her chewing, but two of the three balls came with no squeaking or in Easy operable squeakers. That’s my dogs pleasure is to walk around chewing and making a squeaky sound so obviously two of three did not perform well.

Good for chewers
These tennis balls are great. When our dogs bite them to hear the squeak they do not come apart right away. They will last a while. I know eventually one - or all - of our dogs will take it apart because they just love to chew, but until then there will be lots of fun to be had.

lasted 2 minutes
Worst tennis balls I ever purchased. They lasted maybe 3 minutes. I threw them, my labs went to get them and started to chew on them as they always do and in less than a few minutes they were in small pieces. I still have old ones lying around the property from years gone by. Some get lost, some get ran over by the mowe. I need to replace them. These where just junk.

Surprisingly durable
I expected this to last a week, but my dog hasn't been able to destroy it yet (and he destroys everything!). It's his favorite toy to play with outside!
