Simple, works, great for small business network environments
I have purchased 4 of these and will purchase a 5th. The box itself is simple, has all adapters for foreign plugs, and works. Do your research, you still need to pay $19 per site (box) per month to use the software. I won't say much about the software since this review is about the Domotz box itself other than it is extremely capable and ever-evolving. The boxes are used for monitoring and documenting over 400 active devices, and 600 total, topologies, etc.The only thing that would make the box better for the cost is if they were PoE. No need to have a separate power cord with a micro USB plug. Also, a 1u rack mount option with an interactive display showing the unit's IP, VLAN IDs, IPs, and other useful stats would be a nice feature for those with OCD.

Fantastic product
We use these boxes to remote monitor and connect to our various network components placed throughout the World. They work fantastic. Great diagnostic data and also the ability to remote into the box and get on to the network. Giancarlo Fanelli from Domotz is extremely knowledgeable and is always quick to respond to my technical questions. I highly recommend the Domotz product and service.

Responsive Customer Service
Just ordered one of these boxes to test for potential use with some Small Medium Business clients I service. Was really excited to get the box and start testing. Unfortunately, the Power Supply it was DOA. I tried a couple of different things and was not able to get it to power on after plugging it in. I sent a support email and had a call back within 10 minutes. Just as I discovered that the problem is a DOA power adapter. The tech on the phone responded that they would be more than happy to send out a new Power adapter. Currently setting the unit up using a temporary USB charging port from a PC. Will write more after I have a few days working with the unit. But for now - 5 STARS for the prompt support response! Great job guys.

Nice little box that does what it's supposed to!
Great for hassle free implementation of the Domotz platform. Just connect to the network and it does the rest! Very compact so you can tuck it out of the way. Only negatives are that the power cable is not super secure where it plugs in to the unit. Also the included network cable is very short.
