My daughter is 12 and these fit her very well. She likes the extra padding on the contact spot for the ball. Enough to pad the arm, but not to interfere with the bump. They stay in place pretty well. Considering ordering some for the varsity team beginners I have.

helped my kid two fold... 1. helps with pain from hitting the ball. 2. most importantly, it helped them bump the ball by using the correct part of their arm. they were bumping with their hands/wrist instead of just above. this had the extra padding in the right spot so it instantly improved their game.

I loved them so much, and it most definitely worked for helping to not hurt my arms while hitting the vollyball. One thing to add though, the smallest size was a bit big for me, but I have tiny arms.

Great for a beginner volleyball player.

These are a good length for the smaller kids. The sleeves are nylon fabric with padding sewn in. They arrived quickly and well packaged. My granddaughter will try them during her game.

For volleyball, the thing you want to get the arm thing for is sliding on your elbows, not to make it not hurt for hitting the ball. This was a rip off.

My daughter recently starting playing with the hard balls for volleyball. Her forearms were killing her after her first day of practice. I found these and thought we’d give them a shot. She said they really helped. They were comfy and the fit was perfect. Not too tight.
