We bought this brand, medium size, for a 200lb bedridden, immobile patient. After the failure of another brand, we were quite anxious to find something better. NorthShore was it! This is like the Taj Mahal of diapers! The outer plastic material is sturdy and holds up to a fair bit of tugging as we adjusted the placement underneath our patient (although there is a limit to that). The tabs are easily readjusted and still hold their sticking power. The absorbency is also fantastic and does well even with BMs. There are effective outer and inner elastics around the legs to prevent leakage. For us, all this makes the higher cost worth the money - especially so after having to throw out the previous package of another brand.The only drawback is that they ship from Illinois (we are on the west coast) making it important to plan ahead for shipment time. Expediting costs are expensive.

These made me very happy. Simply put, they are cute, stay up, and work very well. My biggest issue is that they are expensive for not very many.Shipping was 100% discreet and very fast, got here early. The box was packed neatly and firmly. They clearly care about their customers.Emotionally, these made me feel very good. I felt very cute and protected. They were not so bulky that they can't be hidden under clothes, comfortably and discreetly, if you don't enjoy the look.They tape together well, but might not retape well since they're really strong. I'm not super active when I'm wearing, usually just relaxing, so that's not a big issue for me really. If you're on the cusp of a size like I am the tapes can be kind of pokey. The colour is perfect. The material is very soft and easy to fluff.They prevent odor INCREDIBLY well. Even when they're in the bin, as long as you fold up the dirty diaps they do not make a smell.Each diap can hold around 3 bladder empties for me. And I go a lot at once. I never got one to leak, even while shuffling around and lying on all sides. They do not ride to my waist, they definitely stay at hip level.They are kind of warm. I like this, but others may not.Overall, I like these a lot.

These adult diapers are the best ones we’ve tried for my mother. She has dementia and is bedridden. We do add a large Tena (paddle shaped) pad to the inside; however, I feel like we could go without the additional pad if we wanted because these diapers have a decent pad inside. They’re a little pricey compared to the other adult diapers we’ve tried, but worth it since they work so well. The other ones we use are the Tena ProSkin Overnight Super Protective adult incontinence diapers.

I have tried different briefs for my loved one, and this is the best for overnight use. Paired with the NorthShore booster pad, there is rarely a leak. Ordering by the case is the way to go. They are shipped in a heavy box and arrive in good shape. With Subscribe & Save, just one less thing to worry about.

The most leak-proof, the most heavy-duty, best holding for full bowel movement and full bladder, diapers for adults. Helped me through several partial bowel obstructions.They leak less than all other diapers.That being said: they are hot and sweaty. They are basically like wearing a plastic trash bag. The same reason they are leak proof, is the same reason they are sweaty.This is not safe for long long long term use. Because the sweat can cause fungal and bacterial growth issues.So I would recommend using these diapers only for short times for the most intense times— and then using more breathable adult diapers for other times.And airing out your skin whenever possible too, for safety.That being said— these diapers were THE BEST for holding up to heavy duty messes and massive multiple bowel movements during passing bowel instructions or significant other medical problems. They held the most. The leaked NEVER. That was awesome.They are also very expensive, sadly.Like I said, reserve them for the worst case scenarios. The heaviest duty TEMPORARY times. Then use more breathable diapers when possible.

This product is AMAZING!!! Super absorbent, locks in odor, super strong sticky tabs, nice smooth plastic backing AND it comes in several colors! :D I've had no issues wearing these to work, amusement park, fun festivals, etc. I buy these all the time, they're a very important staple in my stash. I love them so much!5/5 stars for absorbency! I can wear these all day and feel 100% protected! I normally change every 6-8(MAX) hours, usually every 6 though and I've never had a leak in that time.I/5 stars for comfort because sometimes find I have to adjust the extra wing plastic that's on the inside of the diaper because it can kind of scrunch together and it can be a little uncomfortable, but that's easily fixed by re-straightening them. And in the summer, these diapers can get pretty warm since these ones are plastic backed, they're not breathable like a cloth-backed one would be. For more breathable protection, I buy the MegaMax AirLocks from NorthShore. They're the same as these just cloth-backed.5/5 stars for the price. Yes, these are a little on the pricier side, but I've never found anything on the same level as these that aren't AB/DL products and even these are about the same as those, so I think they're very well priced. The quality is worth the extra money in my opinion.Overall, I think these are amazing diapers and definitely worth the cost!!! :D10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!
