i have been taking this for a while. i notice a big difference in it when i am taking it and when i am not. it does make me sleepy but that is only because when i have caffeine it does the opposite to me that what it does to others.But it does have that on the bottle if you sensitive to caffeine it will call you to be sleepy. Also i recommend buying the NDS censor with it.

I Like this very much. I see a difference in appetite and weight loss. It doesn't make me jittery or have a fast besting heart. I recommend it.
