Pop REALLY easily....
Several of these popped as soon as inflated, and a couple others had holes in them and could not be inflated.

Balloons were sealed shut and there was no way to blow them up. (Green)
I bought these for a safety fair, but was unable to use them. The opening was sealed shut, so there was no way to fill them up with helium. This was for the green balloons. I also bought the silver ones and they worked just fine. Green ones were defective.
