Nice quality
The texture of the rice is good. The ingredients suggest that you use 6 cups of water. Personally, I would use between 4 and 5 cups. Using 6 cups, to me, makes way too much juice. The last time I used a box, I put in 4 cups and that made it too think. I will use 5 cups, the next time.

Zatarains is a Great rice mix with an excellent amount of seasoning and flavor. It is hard to find this Gumbo Mix in the stores during the holiday. Buying bulk from Amazon is a must!

I have been using this product for quite a few years, and have always gotten good compliments. I went to every store around my area and none of them carried this. Lo and behold, Amazon came through! I could only buy it in the 12 pack, but it will soon be gone. Best quick and delicious Gumbo mix, hands down!
