Good smoker, large capacity

*Update after 2 years of use, now on its 3rd season and still a great smoker* See pictures.. this has had alot of use. I am a hobbiest beekeeper with 40 or so hives. Longest lasting smoker I have used so far. Great quality. Large capacity. Great bellow. Can pack it tight and it last along time.

This is a quality smoker. I am happy with it. It did cost a bit more than some of the others but it is very nice solid SS and leather bellows. It works well. It came with three of the burning pellets which I think burn up sort of fast. I would like to discover a better longer lasting fuel which produces a lot of smoke. The first time I used the pellet with some sticks. I had a hard time keeping it going once the pellet was burned it seemed to go out frequently. The second time I used pine shavings. I watched a you tube and the man said he used shavings from his planer. The pine shavings worked EXCELLENT lots of smoke, long burning but is was pretty dirty. There was a lot of sap residue on the inside of the unit. I cleaned it by putting a small amount of ammonia - came clean as new. I don't want to fubar it up so I am going to continue to try a few other fuels. One person said they use a piece of old denim - I have not tried that. Only burned it 2x so far. Very quality even if it is made in China. I would buy this again.

My choice of use is a bit unconventional but is great for smoking all my deer camo safely before entering the woods on a hunt to try & mask human scent. Easy to carry, transport, & use. Works well, produces plenty of smoke! :-)

Seems to operate better than the others on Amazon. Better quality and you can sit it in things without burning them.
