ABC Multi-Fiber Blend, Dietary Fiber and Detox, 352 Grams

Aerobic Life makes two types of psyllium powders, and this version is the gentler of the two. I have had digestive trouble since college, and a nutritionist recommended "Fy-Blend," which was great, until the company that made it went out of business. A local hand crafting herbalist will sell me eight ounces of her psyllium-herb combination for $32 per unit, which works well but is tremendously expensive. So ABC Bulk Cleanse Colon Cleanse is the best choice and does a good job.On the plus side, the psyllium is ground very fine. Many psyllium products that say they are ground are still very coarse. And my inefficient digestive system has a hard time with that! This product really is a finely powdered psyllium, which is easier on my digestive tract and---uh---keeps things running smoothly. This formulation contains SOOTHING herbs rather than stimulating herbs. It contains hibiscus, licorice root, and others, and these types of herbs help relax your digestive tract and be less inflamed.My only complaint/concern is that the batches are not always uniform. I sometimes get a new unit and I can see that it is slightly different than the unit I bought last month. It's the same ingredients, but the proportions are different.Oh wait, another niggle: This product looks a lot like Aerobic Life's other psyllium product, ABC MAX, which also has a similar name. The other one has got black walnut, onion, garlic, yellow dock and other, stronger herbs designed to propel stuff along a sluggish system. If, like me, you have a digestive tract that is easily inflamed, you do not want ABC MAX. The Aerobic Cleanse Company, in fact, has a lot of packaging design problems. They have about six different packages with the exact same or similar names. But this product, ABC Aerobic Bulk Cleanse, Colon Cleanse, is a gentle, effective psyllium and herb product that helps soothe the digestive tract while acting as a gentle agent to keep things moving.

I've used this 4 days so far. The stuff that comes out of your colon is unbelieveable! Rubbery, stringy goo. (Yeah I had to check it out. Human curiosity)Having that inside one's colon CAN'T be good. Getting it out HAS to be good. Although it's too soon to tell if this cleansing is having positive health effects (only 4 days using it), I currently feel great: energetic and alert.

Very good product with easy results, not harsh! I use it intermittently when I sense my diet is not in line with my needs.Just 1 level tbspoon a couple times a week and I am back on track.

Been using this product for years! Easy on the body and effective. For a better taste dissolve a packet of Emergen-C in water first then mix in your fiber. I use this every night!

None of these products tastes good, but this one isn't too bad. Sorrowfully, this product isn't available with organic ingredients. I really am trying to stick to organics, so won't be buying again. If it weren't for the organic issue I'd buy it forever.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but this product turned out to be really excellent. It blends easily into some light juice that I mix it with and the flavor and texture is very drinkable. It's been extremely effective so far, and even when I don't have it for several days my body's whole cleansing system just keeps working better than it had before. Lost a little weight, and I feel great!

I can not tell you if it works or not, the taste was too much for me to even try to get it down. All the ingredients are things I have read about. Maybe if they made a capsule, that would be great. If anyone has any tricks for taking this stuff, please share, as it has been recommended as one of the best ones out there for me.

I am on day 3 of this and I must say I was expecting a lot more. The taste of this alone is awful. I have only had one bowel movement since I started 3 days ago. I am extremely bloated and gassy, which was what I was hoping to get rid of by doing the cleanse. I have drank about 8 bottles of water a day, ate lots of veggies and fruit, hoping to pass a BM, and nothing. I'll keep at it for a few more days but so far I am disappointed.
