Jean Dubost Laguiole 24-Piece Everyday Flatware Set, Black Handles - Rust-Resistant Stainless Steel - Includes Wooden Tray - Made in France

Purchased these for my son for Christmas. He wanted this specific blue set as it’s the same as mine which he has long loved and always uses (even though I’ve switched sets since then). Given the other reviews, I had great concerns about the quality of the set and what I may receive. Thankfully, our experience has been nothing but positive with no ‘made in China’ stamps. The heft matches my own authentic set i purchased about 15 years ago. They look identical to my set too. My son is thrilled, and I’m relieved.

Purchased two sets because we love having the variety of colors and mixing and matching. Store them with the handles up in containers, and they look so pretty when you open the cupboard.

Tremendously disappointing. Such a lovely color but the quality is so obviously not the same as the previous sets I purchased. They don’t feel the same and at least 1/2 of the forks and several knives are bent out of shape. The photograph is right out of the package before use. Would not buy again especially for the price.

Best Laguiole silverware. Hands down. Durable, sturdy and beautiful.

These are charming and reasonably well-made - - - maybe perfect for a "bistro-inspired" dinner setting. But the construction is lightweight and much less robust or "substantial" than what I've come to expect from Laguiole. Still, an acceptable investment for the money and recommended with a few caveats. The sizes are awkward . . . forks and soup spoons are very long, whereas the tea spoons are seemingly sized for children. Overall, this would make a nice "picnic set", but if I had it to do over again I would not order . . . In sum, too nice to return - - but I'll be on the lookout for an alternative dinner set from another manufacturer.

I had a small set of spoons that I bought in the French Quarter years ago, and I just loved them. On my birthday this year, I decided to treat myself to a whole set. They are so beautiful, I get daily joy from using them. I was also pleasantly surprised at how sharp the steak knives are! My husband loves them.

The cutlery itself looks good so far (I haven’t unwrapped and looked at yet as they are a gift). To my dismay, the wooden utensil holder arrived broken, with one inner piece of wood completely separated on one side. Are you able to either replace the set or send a replacement utensil holder?

Ménagère de bonne qualité, on le sens tout de suite à la prise en main. Par rapport à celle vendue 2 fois moins chère (et made in china), il n'y a aucune comparaison (le poids en main des couverts en dit long, tout comme la finition). Pas déçu du tout de cet achat qui sera utile et durable dans le temps. Les couleurs sont sympa et donne un plus à l'ensemble. Mon avis a été utile ? Merci de cliquer sur "oui" ci-dessous :).

Son de buena calidad. A la hora de comprarlos me guíe por su origen (Francia), y que son aptos para el lavavajillas. Son tal y como se muestra en la imágen. Me encantaron!!! Tanto que realicé una segundo pedido...

Good quality but not as described. It was a multicoloured set. It arrived as promised from Germany to Australia.
