The triad for athletic physical performance is good nutrition, good exercise, and good sleep. (You can also talk about other factors such as emotional, spiritual, etc., but you won’t get very far without the three foundational aspects). Over the past year, I’ve made an effort to improve the sleep leg of the triad and this product was part of that effort.First a few words about my review process: I took this product for 6 weeks before deciding how to review it. For many sports supplements, the short-term results and long-term results don’t necessarily match. Also, you should expect this to improve the quality of your sleep and the way your body repairs itself overnight but you shouldn’t necessarily expect it to help you fall asleep. For some people, that may be a negative, but I view it positively as I’m not interested in products with melatonin or any other added sleep aids that may be habit forming.The benefits: I slept more soundly during the six weeks I took this. I awoke more refreshed. My muscles felt more “primed” for morning workouts. And my muscles generally recovered quicker from strenuous workouts. None of these positive effects were dramatic, but they were all noticeable and consistent. I’m hesitant to give 5-star reviews for sports/nutrition supplements because I think personal experiences can vary pretty significantly. I’m giving this one 4.5 stars, however, and rounding up because I’m confident of the manufacturing process and ingredient quality.

I usually sleep well enough at night but got this for nighttime anabolic support as I workout three to four days a week. I have been taking arginine and ornithine for decades with really good results. It also has Alpha-GPC which converts to choline. Choline and inositol are the few compounds that can flow past the blood-brain barrier. Ashwagandha aids in relaxation and also has anti-inflammatory properties. It also contains vitamin B6 which for some individuals can give off vivid dreams. Not usually a bad thing.

This sleep supplement arrived in a double sealed container. There are 120 average size capsules in the container with a suggested serving size of 4 capsules which equates to 30 servings per bottle. If you took less than the recommended dose then this container would last longer than 1 month and I would recommend starting with 1 or 2 capsules to start with and building from there. The amount provided makes for a good value for the cost. While Iron Kingdom is a Canadian brand and not as well known in the US, this is a quality supplement. The instructions state to take 30-60 minutes prior to going to bed which worked well and provided a good nights sleep. I did not feel tired in the morning and slept through the night with no weird melatonin dreams. There are a number of quality ingredients which are all listed and the associated certifications. If I had to nit pick I would state that the writing on the back of the bottle is very small making it difficult to read without a magnifying glass but that's about it. I would definitely recommend this supplement.

I've been taking magnesium for months to aid in my sleep, and so when I saw this, I thought it would be a great complement to my daily workouts to help in growth and sleep simultaneously.Unfortunately, probably because I've used magnesium for so long, it didn't help me sleep at all. Instead, my mind was racing all night (like usual, not because of the supplement), and I couldn't get much sleep.So your mileage may vary, at least anecdotally because of magnesium use. I might detox from the magnesium for a month and give this another shot.

From the man of the family. I sometimes have trouble sleeping and I like to take natural products, mostly botanicals, to help with that. These caps contain a number of ingredients I’m familiar with to help with relaxation and quality sleep. They include ashwagandha, L-tryptophan, passionflower, and magnesium.In addition, they say this product helps the pituitary gland produce more Human Growth Hormone, and promotes increased testosterone levels. I’m not sure how that works, but this supplements also contains L-Arginine, L-Ornithine, Alpha-GPC, L-Theanine, zinc, vitamin B, and chromium. I took the recommended dosage and the first two days were fine. I think I did get deeper sleep, but the side effects were uncomfortable and not worth it. I experienced severe abdominal pain. I ended up taking them for a total of four days, pain getting worse each day. It took about a week for the pain to go away.

I’ve been taking 3 of these every night for the last few weeks. It’s not what’s suggested but it looks like serving is 1 capsule for every 50 pounds so I didn’t think I needed to take all 4. I was right. They definitely help me fall asleep. I haven’t had to take my stronger sleeping meds. And, in addition to gym and better nutrition, my body composition is changing. These are legit!

Some nights it helped other nights it didn't. Could be me, I'm not sure. I've always had trouble with sleep. Improving my anabolic state at night I felt would be very beneficial for my recovery and lean muscle mass. Gave it a shot, Raye this product a 3 star as it worked some what.

I have been using this product for quite some time now and I love that you don't wake up groggy. The fact that it is a nootropic and contains herbals is an added plus. We are so bombarded with unhealthy stuff it's nice to know I am avoiding chemicals before bed!

Iron Kingdom is the best. I was a Beaver Buzz every game guy, then I spoke with the reps at Iron Kingdom. They sent me samples and I was hooked. I recommend Iron Kingdom to everyone!!Just wish there was a way to have less pills to take....

I bought this to help me sleep, and so far I've noticed no difference. But still taking it for the benefits.

This product contains Ashwanga,which relaxes ,and repair your muscles while you sleep. I go to the gym 5 days a week, for 2 to 3 hrs., a day. I also do a lot of weights. This product ,when taken 1 hr., before bedtime, it helps me sleep,,and repair muscles. In my opinion, for me, this product is excellent!
