I can't say enough good things about this little inhaler. Over a year later it's still going strong with no signs of wearing out.I use this at night and follow it up with a lavender stick. This opens up my nasal passages immediately and makes breathing deep in through my nose easy and pleasant. The aroma is pleasant - minty and cool.It doesn't look like I'll have to replace this any time soon, so it was well worth the cost. I'd buy this again (if I need to). While I don't need a new one for now, I'd get it as a gift for someone who could use some help unblocking their nasal passages easily and holistically.It also comes in handy during the day for a pick-me-up.Highly recommended.

Honestly, this item rated a *. But from other reviews, which say the smell is strong, probably my two bottles were just defective. I looked to see if they were past the expiration date and they weren't. The hole seemed large enough, but perhaps it wasn't. I can't return them because of the stay-at-home order. So I do want to put on record that my order was not usable. Almost no smell of any sort - the faintest. I did not even open the second bottle, expecting more of the same. Maybe the company or someone will take notice and be extra-careful in the future.
