This waist trainer will definitely make you sweat. I love that it has an inner layer in the front although it is difficult to put on and it even fit me a bit big. You should definitely size down. Once you have it on it’s pretty comfortable but I did have to keep pulling it down but it’s wasn’t a nuisance. I can’t say that it works YET! I haven’t been wearing it as often as I should but I loved how much slimmer I looked lol I do recommend it.

It most def have the sweating effect however the suppose to be the waist trainer portion is not what i expected . I don’t feel that it give you the pulling your stomach and waist tight enough as describe

Ok Ladies ! this waist trainer corset is a must have. The waist trainer corset is a two layered deal, the first layer is the abdominal band that you see in the middle of the picture ... made attached so you have to step inside or pull it over your head to get the complete trainer on (it has some stretch). The second layer is the corset.. once the trainer is on completely it fits secure and comfortably.. I'm normally a size 12/14 , it's true to size " 12" however fitted just fine keep in mind you want trainers to fit securely in order to sweat ! It was great while working-out or just for a few hours a day to start training your abs for the summer ! I gave it 5 stars Make sure you get the correct size so please look at the chart ! Like I said i'm a 12/14 .. fitted like a 12 ! but awesome

Wonderful product! Quality material, great fit, and very comfortable. So appreciate all the reviews who advised that it runs large-it does so go down a size. Wear it under your clothes while doing chores, working from home, or running errands. Can wear it daily. Sits nicely on your waist. Easier to lace-up if you use the eyelets in the second from the last row at the opening. You almost need to purchase a second one, so you don't miss a day of use while the other one dries. Highly recommend this product!! Great price and product.

I’ve purchased this twice because after staying consistent with my workout routines I needed to size down. I’m 5’4 and down to 205lbs, I got an XX-L and I could’ve likely went down to an XL as I’m able to clip it to the last row of clips with some room still but it’s still a good fit. 👌🏼 I do use a lotion to help sweat more while wearing it but if you don’t use anything you will definitely still sweat plenty! I will continue to buy this waist trainer vest as I slim down because honestly it’s better comfort and quality-wise than a lot I’ve tried already. Easy to move around in comfortably for ANY workout routine.

2nd Update: Gonna make you sweat! Despite being a little big still it sure as hell makes me sweat and I think my tummy has shrunk a bit. I probably wear it for 8-10 hours a couple days a week. Been wearing it for about 2 weeks. I sweat like crazy just sitting at my desk working, by 10 am the waist band of my underwear and the back of my bra are soaked in sweat! FYI, I'm 5'4" and 175 lbs. I wear a size 14 pants and XL shirts. I just measured today, tightly, and my waist is 36" sucked in. When you measure, suck it I and pull the tape tight! Then maybe still order a size down. I think I'm going to try the medium. UPDATE - STILL NOT IMPRESSED: I returned the 2XLand got the XL. It's a little better. I'm wondering if I should try one more size down because I hooked this one on the fourth row and it doesn't feel like its doing much for my tummy. It does provide some back support and is helping my posture a little bit. It is not that well hidden under clothes. In fact because it has the T style back the shoulder/vest area can be seen if your wearing a wide neck top. IDK if i would recommend it for everyday wear. NOT IMPRESSED - I think this item has alot of potential. I followed the size guide included with the pics and ordered a 2x as my waist measured around 39". I did not measure tight as normally you want to leave some room. When I tried it on it was a a little snug but no more than a tight cami. I was able to pull it over my head and down over my stomach with out much struggle. Once on I realized I would be able to connect the fourth row of hooks and when I did this it didn't feel like it was doing much of anything for me. I think if your able to wear it on the tightest setting right away, what's the point? I'm willing to try the next size down, I will update my review when I do.
