Received faulty screen had it refunded with no problem

I can’t complain for the price. The build quality is good but the screen resolution/colour quality not the best, it looks like the phone is night mode but it does the job if you are someone like who just interested in mails browsing.

I dropped my phone and smashed the screen, ordered this replacement. Very pleased with product but quite fiddly to repair with very small parts. Need someone who knows what they are doing or technically minded

the delivery of this product was very promp, came with all items required, that being said however the screen after replacement took 7 hours to register to my phone. i could not get my screen to display correctly for love nor money. when my screen finaly worked correctly the colours were dull. the touch screen its self was revery delayed in reaponsivness and would often freeze requireing the phone to be locked to resolve the issue. having ised thos screen for a couple of weeks it has now decided to overheat my phone to the point i cannot hold the phone, then my phone turned off and has been for 24 hours now as the screen will not register forcing the purchase of another screen. thia could be a one off it could not be, however i am left woth a phone that is overheating and will not function.

The screen fitted, the iPhone worked but not. Touch issues as the touchscreen jumped itself on buttons, without me touching it. That's one.Secondly, the screen is in low light, even if you are looking at it perpendicular, it's really bright when dark colours are displayed, showing a more grey colour rather than black. It's clearly a low-quality display and it ad issues on top of this. I am sorry, honest review.

The screen and most of the kit was brilliant, however the y shaped screwdriver was absolutely unusable. The problem is, as people who have replaced the screen will know, you don’t use the y shaped screwdriver until you have almost completely disassembled the broken screen. I had to order a proper screwdriver which took 2 days to arrive. This meant I had a completely unusable phone in pieces whilst waiting for a new tool which I had to spend extra money on. If you are going to include a kit with the screen at least make it so the tools are actually functional!

I gave 4 stars, as the screen works perfectly fine, except for a small inconvenience. The EEPROM on the screen is not programmable, so I wasn't able to re-program the screen to enable the "True Tone" feature. After all, my customer accepted the lack of this function.
