This is effective Ubiquinol ( a form of CoQ-10), which I find works best for me when I take 200 mg softgels (not 100 mg ones). But the capsules can become misshapen and less effective when exposed to heat (for example, if transported for delivery in very hot weather or placed near a hot stove). Still, I give this product five out of five stars.

This stuff is absolutely amazing I give it to both of my dogs and I take it I've seen a complete turnaround in my eleven-year-old she too and I give it to my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel he has a heart murmur this stuff is awesome and I notice a difference when I take this I don't have any heart palpitations... update my dog had a grade 2 murmur now my dog has been taken to two different vets for two different opinions no more murmur at all they can't hear it and I also use* young at heart* with this as well play young at heart is an organic vetmedin a natural vetmedin young at heart is amazing with this product together

Who doesn’t have a secret fear of memory loss in ominous old age? CO Q-10 is recommended by the Alzheimer’s Association. So I take CO Q-10 to help keep my brain healthy. Who knows? — it might work combined with exercise, luck, and a healthy diet. CO Q-10 in the form of Ubiquinol is supposed to be easier to absorb. That’s a plus. I also like the fact that Natural Factors is a highly reputable brand made in Canada.

Works, consistent

There was a packaging error and i only received one bottle of 200mg 60-softgels. I contacted the seller and they let me keep the 200mg bottle and they sent me a 100mg bottle of 60-softgels and one bottle of 100mg 60-softgels. I finished the bottle 60-soft gels of 200 mg, and now i am using the 100mg 60-softgels bottle. I am not really sure what i should be feeling at this point. I am doing lots of different things, so it's hard to say exactly what the CoQ10 is doing. I have noticed that i can do more ab crunches, and i can add heavier weights into my (light) weightlifting regime. I do feel stronger somehow, but i don't feel any mental effects. I will continue buying these because i am 63 and CoQ10 is beneficial (they say) for aging people.
