This hand and finger exerciser helped with strengthening my injured wrist and fingers.

I had lost my hands strength and was not able to open a water bottle or a bag of snacks.. with this product and some excersize I've regained strength

The button for the index finger does not work

This is a great tool to use if you have some sort of hand injury. Once you find one resistance easy you can move to the next one that is more difficult. It's a great way to give your hand some exercise. Even if you just type on the computer all day for work.

I bought the Digi-Flex on the recommendation of a friend who used one in Physical Therapy after a hand operation. She loved it and bought the 3 lb for herself after she left Rehab. I have Parkinson's and 5 years ago had an auto accident in which the air bag deployed and broke my fingers and wrist. I have had difficulty even with therapy getting my fingers to work due to the Parkinson's. Typing and any fine detail work is difficult to say the least. The Digi-Flex has improved my hand function tremendously. I am typing this, not hunt and peck. I have a 3 lb one to graduate to when my little finger is strong enough. I love my Digi-Flex, it's well made and well designed.
