this thing is a piece of crap, only had it for a short time and it started leaking
light weight and easy to move. I've had 2 of these and they have both been bad , i'm trying the metal wrapped one now. seems pretty good. Will order another one.

can't freeze it
The older ones held up but my new one only lasted for one summer. After this last winter this spring it just keeps blowing out the inner rubber seam. I fixed it 3 times and each time it blows out a different spot. I'm a plumber, I can't recommend this hose. Probably a bad manufacturing batch. the company should replace it with a good one

a hose that's easy to manage - just what we wanted
We wanted a long hose for the back yard that wasn't stiff rubber. This hose is quite limp and easy to move about the yard when empty. When turned on, it has the same amount of water flow as most hoses. I won't know how long it lasts for a few years but it looks sturdy. We tried those "expandable" hoses that were popular for awhile and out of the 4 that we tried, none lasted more than one year. Very disappointed in them - the "bladder" that was inside of them always burst. With this Bionic Force style hose, it's a strong woven cover with sturdy waterproof liner. It's very much like a miniature Fireman's Hose. Hey, if it works for them, this smaller version for garden use should work well for us.

Good Hose
Have had several of these in the past. Good capacity, fittings hold up. Prefer this to the so-called pocket hoses. Somewhat susceptible to leaking when snagged.

Perfect!
Bought a new hose from Lowe’s, advertised as easy, light weight, emptied easily! None of that was true. Two days later I bought this hose - took a while to get but I love it. Easy to handle, empties quickly, easy to wind up and store in less than a minutes.

Very strong hose
I don't know if it was going for this, but its similar to the shrink hoses but it doesn't really shrink. It just stays thin until water courses through it. It is a little heavier, but it definitely feels stronger. I've gotten three of those shrinking hoses and every single one of them ripped at weird spots of the hose. So I would recommend this one hands down.

Not a great hose
Requires a lot of water pressure. Hose collapses when extended only a few feet. Ours still looks brand new and still sitting on the shelf in the shed where I put it months ago. Seems well made but what good is a hose when you can not use it to water plants a few feet away? I gave it 3 stars because it might be o.k. for someone with a lot of water pressure.

Don't buy. Bought two, both had holes within a few weeks
The product is lightweight and easy to use until the rubber hose gives way. I bought two, one for the upper yard and one for the lower yard. The lower yard had a hole in it within 3 weeks. The upper yard hose lasted maybe 4 weeks. Both have a slit in the rubber tubing which is enclosed in a knitted sleeve. You can't get to the tubing without removing the sleeve. They were fine until I put a sprayer nozzle on them. The rubber isn't capable of handling the water pressure created when a nozzle is attached. The hoses have been used maybe 5 times each since we have been getting ample rain . Once there is a slit, the water pressure is so low the hose is useless.

I've had my hose for a two weeks and love it. I watered my plants and some of the hose had kinks here and there but I still had lots of water pressure even when I was stepping on it. It's light weight and very easy to put on a tap because there is the large grip that makes it easy to twist. I highly recommend this product. The only problem I had was because it goes fairly flat it does twist easy so I have to do a bit of unwinding which is not hard.

I purchased this product in July and by the middle of August the hose outer layer ripped. So every time I went to use it there was a bulge that stuck out where the black layer was ripped. After 2 uses the white layer underneath ripped and water just poured out of the ripped area and is no longer useful. I barely got a month and a half use out of this hose. Meanwhile my old hose which is a bit leaky has lasted me over 20 years. I would not recommend this product.
