I had one of these (though now I’m not sure it was the same brand) for the longest time but it broke. I was confident buying another one, but realize the moisture sensor is completely dead :(Too late for a refund-A bit of a bummer.******UPDATE******seller reached out and gave a full refund, which I really appreciate.For that, I went from 1 to 4 stars. I struggled between 3 or 4 stars, but they didn’t have to do that and customer service is so lacking these days.I mean, I can’t ask for much more-Thanks :)

This is the second device of this type I've owned (the other one got lost somewhere in my garage). I use it when it's time to water my plants, so I don't overwater. Seems to give accurate readings... only complaint is I wish the dial data was in larger print.

I used this mainly for the moisture reading. Easy to do spot checks on my garden beds and worked fine until last week. Needle stays pegged to the dry reading and does not move, even when I put it in soggy soil, or even a cup of water.

The moisture meter has worked well for measuring moisture in my house plants. I can't tell that the pH meter actually works. It reads the same in water and vinegar.

We were killing our fruit trees with over watering. Leaves turning yellow. We were in a drought so when the leaves started turning just watered more. After purchasing this meter we found that we were the culprits by over watering and killing the trees. Now no more guess work on how much water to give them.

I was very excited to be getting this meter for my plants, as they seem to be getting bigger and bigger and harder to know whether or not it’s time to water. I have a variety of plants both indoors and outdoors that I was anxious to use this meter on.It came quickly in the mail… No long wait which I so appreciated as I’m still waiting for things I ordered in April… And this was everything it promises to be. It is easy to use! It is easy to read unless your plant is big & You have to lift Lisa, up in order to get the meter into the soil… I wish there was a light on it so that in those circumstances it was easier to see without getting down on the floor to read it; and it was accurate!I tried this meter periodically throughout the day and wrote down what it read for each plant then in the evening I checked it again and I did the same for my outdoor plants. Every time it was accurate and it is nice to be able to have this meter to assist me in my watering and also not overwatering of my plants
