Back in the day we only had a small transistor radio for personal music. Then came the Sony Walkman. The cassette tape was not always the greatest of quality. Even tough most consider the IPOD obsolete it wonderful to have your cumulative music in one place with out a third party modulation. By the way, Apple doesn't make it easy anymore to download your own music into the IPOD. They want you to buy their ITUNES.

I forgot how to use this style. I have to use the disc in a circular motion to navigate. My IPOD Touch is up and down but does not have the memory I need. Looking forward to downloading all my music

I had a couple of technical questions even though I've owned iPods since they came out (I find their sound quality far better than streaming) and I received a very nice reply to my questions and the issues were all mine, the iPod was like new and in perfect condition. Highly rated!!!!!-DJ-

I got this to replace one that was stolen from my car, and I was really happy to find one for a reasonable price. This particular one has some bugs...about 1/2 the time, I have to put it in disc mode before my computer believes it exists, and even then, it's sometimes multiple attempts. Every now and then, without having been touched at all, it'll just stop playing. And usually to scroll or adjust volume requires so much pressure on the wheel that another feather's worth will push the button. And yet, I'm still happy to have it. It's still no wonkier than my friend's friends.

I needed to replace my son's iPod with one just like it. For various reasons, he can't be on the Internet, so upgrading to a more contemporary version was not an option. This iPod works great. I was so glad to find it.

My iPod died and I used it for all kinds of things. This iPod is excellent value and in very good shape.It is exactly as described. It also arrived before schedule which made me VERY happy. I am overall extremely satisfied with this purchase.
