I am taking this with my multivitamin. In just a short time I can tell a difference in my hair, nails, and joints. My hair and nails are so much thicker and stronger. Even my hair stylist noticed. Also, my joints feel so much better. I am on my feet all day. I can really tell a difference.

I can tell a difference in my nails. Feel stronger and less breakage. Can’t see any difference in my skin yet. Time will tell. Easy to take, quality of pills looks consistent so far. All seem to be equally filled with collagen. I’ve had other brands where amount of product varied. Hopeful these will continue to improve my skin and nails because I like the fact that they’re inexpensive to buy.
