I have experimented with different chalk paints, none of them compare to Dixie Bell!

I want to paint everything!
This is a great product. I have just discovered chalk paint and it is so much fun. It is easy to work with stretches a long ways and it's easy to manipulate with a little water. Basically it is just much more forgiving than a normal paint. This means you have a lot more options like blending colors out and creating different looks. The look is much different than a normal paint as well giving it almost a third dimensional or textural look.

Paint was not normal!
When I opened my jar, it was solid in the center with an oily liquid around it. It also had a gritty texture. It was sealed but completely dried out. 🙁

Great coverage; vibrant color; easy application.
I have to return this to the seller because I bought the wrong color (I had already started a piece of furniture and needed more paint...mistakenly bought this one!) but this paint is awesome. I have used this brand of paint on several pieces of rehabbed furniture in my house and it is really easy to apply. The coverage is fantastic and I have always gotten a lot more use from this paint than regular paints.

Terrible
I opened this paint and there was a solid glob in the middle and a lot of very thin paint around it.I stirred it about 20minutes and when I tried to paint with it there was still blobs of paint so it wouldn't go on smoothly. It is going back
