I don't swallow the pill, because I don't like to ingest the capsule. I actually open it every morning and just dump it into my coffee. It doesn't have a taste. Works well. There is liquid Selenium, but it's more expensive. I have noticed that my sleep is better since I started taking Selenium 100 days ago. Just finished the 1st bottle. I haven't been sick at all, but I don't get sick very often.

Excellent product. Due to the fact that it's mcg / micrograms as opposed to larger quantities, it makes great changes without going overboard. Part of the reason these small changes make a huge difference, is that they are impacting multiple systems, but their primary support is to the thyroid system.If you don't think tiny bits can change a LOT, eventually. They smell so bad I gag and they taste really bad too. They get caught in my throat sometimes too. However, I must see some value in them because I keep taking them. I have hashimoto and they're supposed to help with that. Do they? I don't know. Will I keep taking them? Yeah I don't see why not.

I have become convinced that Selenium is essential for immune system. It also has to be more than one kind this one seems to have the right mix and comes from a brand recommended by my doctor so its a regular in my health plan
