Be warned: this is a very sharp knife!I know this because I’ve just cut my finger trying to remove it from the terrible packaging!Basically, the knife is sheathed in a cardboard wallet, but held in place with very strong cow gum. Trying to remove the gum from the blade was a chore, and I had to resort to using nail polish remover to clean it off. Cuts ensued!!Otherwise, a great knife :)

Excellent knife for the price. It feels strong and sharp enough to get a clean cut of bread. I am very happy with it. Compared to my old one, this one feels heavier and more precise with less mess.

We have used this series of knife for years, they last ages. A great smooth and easy cut on everything from fruit to meat. Great value to replace when they reach end of life. Usually the handle snap away after a good few years of heavy use. Had last one 5 years before it gave way,

I'm giving this knife a 5 star review, not because it's perfect, far from it..but for the price it's exactly what I would expect it to be.It's sharp enough out of the box, and is strudy in the hand.I can't comment on longevity, but at the price, you could consider it a more 'disposable knife' and I wouldn't mind chucking this in a year to purchase another.

It's a nice sharp knife, but whoever thought putting glue on the blade was a good idea is a butter bleep bleep bleep.Have tried rubbing it off with no effect, used a small scour with no effect, except taking the name off now, soaking it in hot water to see if that will make any effect. If not, I'll be using wire wool.
