HORRIBLE PIECE OF.... RECONSIDER
These ding bats will tell you it's am industry standard that you can't lighten and tone the unit and that's BS. They fix the color so that you will never see the damage that they have already done; once you shampoo the unit it will NEVER LOOK AS IT DID WHEN YOU RECEIVED SAID UNIT, EVEN WITH SOME INTENSE CONDITIONING AND RECONSTRUCTION. The hair becomes horrible, unmanageable, dull and extremely frizzy.
