Huge price hike.
Tried this for the first time recently because I have slightly raised cholesterol and don't tolerate statins. Too early to tell if it's doing any good but Proctor and Gamble are a trusted brand. However absolutely shocked by the price increase from £36.99 in January to £55 now so may try a cheaper brand. I started on a low dose but recommended dose for cholesterol lowering is 5 capsules up to 4 times a day so one jar every 15 days...£110 a month!!!!

20 capsules a day!
These do absolutely nothing for constipation. On the back of the bottle it says to take 20 capsules a day for a pathetic amount of fibre! 20 capsules a day! Utter madness. These capsules made me bloated, more constipated, utterly useless. Alot of the capsules were damaged and half empty. The capsule is made of gelatin as well. Waste of money.
