These are easy to swallow and had all of the main vitamins that I was hoping for in my postnatal. The vitamins didn't smell fishy like some other brands I've tried (and had a nice berry scented tablet in there to help with the smell/taste). I used these later into my postpartum journey with my 2nd child, and if I have another, I'd definitely choose this as my postnatal vitamin again.

I am on my second bottle of Pink Stork Total Postnatal Vitamins and really love them. I used Pink Stork magnesium during pregnancy and trusted the brand going into postpartum. These vitamins are easy on my stomach and include everything I want in one place, like vegan DHA, iron, folate, and B12. They also smell and taste good. They feel thoughtfully made for postpartum recovery and breastfeeding, and I have noticed good support for my energy and overall well being. I plan to keep these as part of my daily routine and would highly recommend them to other postpartum and breastfeeding moms.

I am postpartum for the second time and the first time I didn’t take a prenatal. I didn’t think it was necessary. This time I did research and I realized everything i experienced last time was totally because I should have taken a prenatal. I did more research and found the pinkstork postnatal. Since taking it for the last 2 months my nails have become healthier, my postpartum hair loss is minimal (last time I thought I was going to go bald LOL), my milk supply increased, and my mood is better. I have these on authorship! The flavor isn’t bad. More on the fruity side but I take them with my morning electrolytes so I can’t even taste them.

I purchased these vitamins to help my vitamin intake while breastfeeding my baby. I have noticed quickly how much healthier my nails are looking. I wish the flavor wasn't so intense, I would prefer no flavor at all but I will continue to take the product as I feel it is of good quality.

I have been taking these for about a month now. I had previously been taking just cheap large prenatal vitamins. My mood and energy were terrible. I decided maybe my body wasn’t quite absorbing the large tablets I was taking so I don’t like I was really getting the benefits. I ordered these and when I say within the first week I start to feel like myself again. The only thing I changed was swapping my vitamins. I believe since these are powdered inside capsules my body can actually just absorb the vitamins rather then trying to spend the whole GI tract breaking them down. Also I really enjoy the scent of these. It helps tremendously with the taste!

This product deserves all 5 stars and would give more if I could! Ive always taken “just because” since giving birth, but after recently moving and falling off taking them for a few (or more) days, I noticed my milk supply drastically decreased, amongst other things like low energy and increased hormonal breakouts. I was doing everything else I normally did that I thought helped to boost my supply- but it kept decreasing. I was panicked and then realized the only thing that had changed was me taking these vitamins each day. Fast forward 3 days after getting back on track with them, my supply has come back! They taste yummy, are easy to swallow, and seriously do their job and them some. If you’re considering these over any other boring postnatal, choose these!💗

I love that these are women-owned, prayed over (even though I’m not religious), and are made with love. However, the taste is unpleasant for me. They smell and taste like algae, which I suppose is better than fish, but is hard for me to stomach. It’s important to get those Omega 3’s though! For this reason, I don’t take them as often as I probably should.

I rarely give feedback, but any postpartum mom look for a good postnatal vitamin, this is it!!!! I just gave birth to my third and last baby on 9/21/25. I decided to switch up my usual prenatal and look for postnatal vitamins after birth. This is the 1st time in my three pregnancy’s that I didn’t experience baby blues 🎉 I was so scared to through baby blues for the 3rd time, thank God and pink storks vitamins. I will continue to use them till I’m done breastfeeding, have been a LIFE CHANGER for me!!! Have helped me feel great after postpartum.
