After having children my pelvic muscles became weak. After a simple sneeze id sometimes leak a little. One week after using these kegels I’ve noticed a huge difference, I’m no longer running to the restroom worried about leaking. Second set takes some getting used too since it’s a bit heavier thn the first one. Overall satisfied with this product .

Lost it. Although it was inserted accurately and all the way in, It slid right out and into the toilet when I used the bathroom. Other than that easy and comfortable to use.

I absolutely love these balls. My va jay jay is like brand new. My lady parts are rejuvenated. I only wished they vibrated so I could buzz around while housecleaning.

I'm looking for small ones, but these are NOT. Entirely too big to be comfortable to use, let alone work up to the double one.

These kegel balls are the perfect size and weight. They are easy to use and easy to clean. They have helped strengthen my pelvic floor, which is what I needed.

Look at the reviews some said it came out so I was thinking it was a small golf ball size or smaller item but after opening the the box it was rather large had a hard time getting it in not gonna use it but not something u try an return.

These dont do absolutely anything for me. Idk how people in the comments are saying these force you to contract your muscles cuz they dont. They just sit in place. Maybe i need heavier ones or its simply a joke, idk
