In the 1990s, I bought a copy of this piano book. I loved it, and one day a friend-of-a-friend was at the house and “borrowed it.” I never saw it again and later forgot about it. I was very excited to see it here and I bought it again. It’s at a level that is just right for me, and I enjoy playing the songs. Let’s just say no one is allowed to “borrow” this copy!!

I see why a lot of artsy folk don't like Enya. Yeah, this isn't complex, nor does it resemble classical composers' works (I have a master of music degree, so I really know). If you're beyond beginning piano, this isn't going to challenge you much. It is a good way to get your feet wet in the contemporary piano genre. If you already like Enya or just want to learn something pretty, go for it! I got it mostly for "How Can I Keep from Singing," and then remembered how many songs from Shepherd Moon I enjoy.

Being a mediocre pianist who only had a few piano lessons as a child, I am glad to say that all the songs in this book are relatively easy to learn and play without loosing any of their beauty. Guitar cords are also featured with each song which makes it easy for my sister, who plays guitar, to play along with me. I am really glad that I made the purchase and added this book to my collection!

Right at my level, and I have only been playing seriously for a short time (three months). Easy enough to sight-read but challenging enough to keep me coming back to it. I don’t regret this purchase a bit.

Fairly good quality. It was unclear whether this would be used or new but I paid full price hoping it would be new as it is a gift for my sister. Unfortunately it arrived clearly used, with some stains on the cover and clear bend lines. No marks inside of the book that I found.

Quality intermediate piano arrangement woven with melody but still made to be sung if you want to....
