Not cotton, but super soft, pretty, and cleverly constructed!
I'm not a cancer patient but I ordered these to keep my head warm for cool weather walking and I love the intricate pattern and colors. Alas, the seams don't line up the pattern (see yellow cap in photo) but I'm not that picky and the pattern is intricate enough that it doesn't matter much, plus I'll be folding the rim up like I did with the red one in the photo and that covers the mismatch. The ones I got do look like the picture pretty much, but it's a many-banded pattern that doesn't repeat often, so it looks like different caps would have slightly different band patterns from top to bottom. Mine are absolutely not cotton, but a very soft nylon and are two-layered, so you can use them inside out (seams are almost invisible) and still have the vibrant colored fabric showing. The top is cleverly twisted (hard to describe but it's cute) so that you can open it up for a circular scarf or leave it closed or just open it a little bit for a ponytail. You can also flip up the edge once or twice for a closer-fitting cap, or leave it for a slouchier one, or tuck the cap in around the edge--lots of options because the soft fabric drapes nicely and lays smooth. I'm super happy with mine, but if you are looking specifically for cotton or are picky about the pattern, you may be disappointed.

Comfy Hats
These hats are pretty awesome. I have alopecia and these hats are a perfect substitute to wear on a hot summer day as opposed to a hot wig. They are soft and most comfy to wear. I have pretty much every color in this style and more. If you’re thinking about purchasing one or two- do it! You won’t be disappointed.

Pretty beanie, but slides around
I bought these because I lost my hair due to chemotherapy. I love how pretty these are, but they slide around a little and are not super warm. But they are nice if I have to go out. I also purchased cotton-knit beanies and they stay in place better and are warmer.

Fits well & doesn’t itch!!
My best friend went through cancer treatments wearing these caps that I bought her! I ordered them because she said the caps she currently were wearing seem to itch her head, and they were too heavy, causing her to always be aware that she was wearing it! These were soft to her scalp, and said she couldn’t even tell if she was wearing them or not! Perfect! The colors I got her was so vibrant and beautiful, she said she looked beautiful in them!! I would recommend these caps for anyone who is going through cancer treatments or just plain wants to be stylish!!

Stylish and practical
I get a lot of compliments when I wear these hats. The fabric is light enough so that my head doesn't get too hot when the temperature isn't that cold, but keeps me very comfortable when the temperature is cold. The colors and design are great. Easy to wash. Great value for the money.

Was not expecting mostly polyester fabric
I really ended up disappointed in these. I love the pattern and read that it was a poly/cotton blend but you wouldn't know that by feeling the fabric. These are slick and shiny like a 100% polyester hat. They slide all over my head and inch up in the back as I don't have much hair right now to hold them on. I have several Jemis hats that are all cotton and I love them. If you don't mind the slick feel of polyester they are brightly colored and appear to be made well so that's a plus.

So comfortable and warm
I got these for a family member that lost their hair. They love them and wear them all the time. They are a little bit bigger than I thought they would be but they are adjustable and fit well. I would recommend for anyone who needs something to cover their Hera weather they are loosing their hair or not. I also ordered the lace hats, which have a design where you can put your ponytail through the top if you like. Super cute. Love them.

Perfect chemo cap or just for fun!
This very soft, durable cap exceeded my expectations. It is an easy to pull on and arrange the way you want to look cap. The colors are vibrant and I feel a bit pretty in it. My head is on the large size but it still fit perfect. I use it as a chemo cap and at night too to keep my head warm now that I have lost most of my hair. Get it! You won’t regret it.

Beau bonnet confortable car soyeux à l’intérieur. Cependant, il est trop grand. Pourtant j’ai une grande tête. Probablement fait pour être portée tombant vers l’arrière.

Too much stretch. Colour fades with first wash especially the brown.
