These covergirl Perfect Point Plus Eyeliners are PERFECT. They apply precisely, and the easy twist gives me the perfect point. I love Espresso, it's dark and rich and applies like butter. No tugging. No pulling. Just a nice glide. It lets me give a crisp wing, which most pencils eyeliners don't allow. This also lasts. ALL DAY. No lie. No smudging. No sliding. It lasts all day. It's gentle enough to use as a tightliner on my waterlines. Great price, great staple. I have it on my subscription so I never am without!

Exactly as described. I love this eyeliner.

The Espresso color is perfect for me...not too dark, but complimentary to my hazel dark olive green eye color. It applies easily (its soft and sticks well) snd smoothly and is easy to control the line. Once it is on, it lasts for 8 hours as long as you don't rub your eyes. Downsides are: the plastic clear cover breaks easily, the color pencil part breaks off easily if you roll out too much at one time.

Love this brand. Smooth with deep color in brown and black. Goes on easily, fairly smooth especially for te price. I've used higher end brands that are creamier and create more defined finetskinny lines but at triple the price. Bought Burgandy also which had poor color density though. Easy up and down twist for use. Cap on color end stays well but cap for smudge tip pops off easily.

Crazy on all the criteria (smudge-proof, water-proof, easy to remove I rated it a 4 but I truly believe this is a 5 star product. A. All eyeliner can (and honestly should be able to) smudge. B. All eyeliner except the tattoo kind which I plan on getting ASAP to be able to stop paying for eyeliners will degrade in water. It’s a water soluble product. C. All pencil eyeliner is easy to remove with the right products and hard as heck to remove without them Point is I use this eyeliner everyday be it espresso, black onyx, or their navy blue color I forget the name. It’s my go to type of eyeliner bc it is cost effective and lasts all day as long as you don’t disturb it.
