Best amino acid blend out there. I just find it difficult to take due to the ginseng and herbs. If they made a straight, unflavored, herb free supplement, it would be a 10 out of 10!

I love these capsules. The beverage mix works extremely well, too, but I travel a lot and find the capsules excellent for packing. After just a few weeks I can feel an increase in muscle tone, even when I am sitting still, and I am able to hold arm balanced much longer in yoga! I definitely recommend this product for building lean body mass without getting bulky.

Two weeks of using this product, and no adverse reactions, which is good. But the vote's not in yet because I'm not sure it's had much of a benefit.

Taken after workouts this is great to speed recovery. I have noticed less muscle soreness and the ability to get back to my heavy workouts more quickly.

Okay so one of the hardest things to do is work all day than go to the gym. That 4pm nap just sounds so good. Unfortunately I need to keep my body looking good for my wife so I hit the gym. I have been taking pre workout supplements for years. It gives me the energy needed to complete a solid workout. Unfortunately these supplements aren’t cheep. These capsules are no exception at $40+ a month. So do they work. In a bit she’ll yes they do. Are they the best I’ve ever used? Well no. For starters I’m more a powder guy than a pill popper. Having to take 6 of these prior to a workout is a bit much. At that ratio powder would be much better. Pills are for those of you who can’t handle the taste associated with these type supplements. I get that so this might be your best option. I’ve gotten so use to the terrible taste that it just doesn’t bother me. Plus I think powder reacts faster. Okay so I guess I still have your attention if your still reading this. Let’s talk about what I like about these. For starters it contains no sugar and no carbs. Yes my keto friends it’s safe to take. Huge benefit when I’m on my shedding faze. Having it in pill form allows me to put my 6 pills in a small pill box instead of having to carry the entire container with me. In conclusion. It works, it’s pricey but so are all quality supplements so not over priced. Convenient pills to eliminate the need to suffer the taste. Keto friendly and yes I can recommend them.
