Update (9/23/24): The vendor messaged me and offered a full refund. This, to me seems like they stand by their product. Simply for them reaching out (I haven't received the refund just yet), I am increasing the review by 1 star (4 stars total). original post: I got this product and used it for months with apparently no issues. About halfway though the cartridge's ink, my printer kept informing me that there was an error with the cartridges. Removing them, cleaning the cartridges, and even resetting the printer did nothing. So either my printer suddenly died (possible, but odd considering it printed the day before), or the cartridges suddenly failed. Printer cartridges are a little pricey; they should never just fail. I didn't want to take the chance that it was my printer over the cartridges and spend a bunch of money for something I couldn't return, so for $60 I bought a new printer (not HP) that came with cartridges. I would recommend if you buy after market cartridges, that you track their usage. First party cartridges are overpriced, so I still think you should go after market, but make sure you stay on top of their performance.

Bought this ink August 2025....like keeping on hand. Went to put in my printer today, 1/28/26, not working in my printer. I have shaken both color and black ink.....still not working. Waste of my money.

These toners work great with my HP printer for work. They are affordable and work great, haven't had any problems with any of the toners and I've purchased at least four times so far.

So far So good. First time buyer, but looks as good as HP ink. I'll see how long the ink lasts. Right now...I'd buy it again. ******************************************************************************************************************* NOW, after printing in COLOR MODE, the colors on some photos I printed today are VERY POOR and in a page of text that I used RED to print a few words, RED DOES NOT PRINT RED. The RED was an almost like a FADED PINK BLUR. OH WELL, Live and Learn.

The product worked for a few pages before my printer decided it wasn’t going to accept it. I tried many suggested fixes before requesting a refund. The refund was accepted although the money is still to be returned. I have a HP Envy 4504. Disappointed but happy so far with the refund process.

I only purchased these so am not able to say how long they will be good for. So far they are good. I only use them for my home printer.

Thought I would save a few bucks not buying HP ink. Bad mistake . Printed one page then quit. Complete waste of money. Nothing I can do it get it to work. HP overides it with page after page of notifications of Low Ink levels and Buy HP ink only screens.
