left is the size compares with cheap ones. before trying this one, I have bought a lot cheap moxa sticks, which was a waste of money. this item is warm enough, burning time is much longer, the different between heating lamp and moxa, is the moxa heat can reach deaper. so the heat is very important, which depends on how good quality the moxa is.

I need to use a cigar lighter flame, but still when took flame off they stopped burning. No heat created, useless.

Pretty hesitant in using this but there's plenty of videos on YouTube to help. Breech baby turned so I have to give credit to this

Sadly, not much heat. Didn't lit properly. Can't tell if it's burning properly unless you touch it (would not advise to anyone, don't burn yourself) I have returned the item :(

It’s not exactly smokeless and you can’t use the whole stick as half way through the end where you hold it gets too hot and burns your hands. Good otherwise, less smokey thanks the paper/herb version and good results.

The listing says, "Pure Moxa", and says Ingredients: Mugwort and Ai Ye These are both Mugwort so safe for use during pregnancy for breech babies. However the actual product that arrived contains Yi Mu Cao (Leonurus) too, which is not safe for pregnant women. This is NOT "pure moxa".
