I love these as everyday wineglasses. The stem is pleasant to hold. They are sturdy and can go in the dishwasher. The wide open shape also makes it super easy to handwash and dry. They are smaller than my main wineglasses but that is what I wanted. Perfect for daily use, for wine or juice. I even used them for a picnic. I would gladly have more!

And decided I might as well buy them and I love them. They are elegant is to clean. I can put them in my dishwasher. I’m glad I made the purchase.

These seemed larger in the images. That said, they’re as pleasant to use as you would expect from this company.

These are a great classic. They smaller and the design is a classic. Yes, they are thick, yet sturdy. Just like I like buying things in the U.S., they are made in their home region France. Who also take pride in the craftsmanship. And it shows.

Beautiful glasses, really elegant looking -- that's the good. The bad is is that I'm not crazy about seeing the seam on the bases, but I can live with it. More annoyingly, one of the six glasses was chipped at the base -- the box was not as well-protected as it should have been with fragile contents. I was able to find the chipped piece and gorilla glue it back on. Doest look great but not TOO noticeable. I'll just try to not use that glass.

These are heavyweight little-footed tumblers, that are perfect for a little glass of wine. When filled with liquid to 1 cm below the rim the contents measure approximately 6 oz or about 175 ml. I tracked these down after seeing the same ones used in the BBC series The Paradise. Amazon had the best price overall, and I purchased them even cheaper from the outlet as it was an open box. They arrived in perfect condition and will happily order from the outlet again.

i purchased 2 sets of these bowls and the quality is awful. i carefully stacked them in my cabinet no higher than 2 or 3 per stack and the top edges of the bowls have chips in them, i am assuming from light stacking. i have found chards of glass in 3 of the bowls when i went to use them on different occasions and last night, i found more glass on my floor. i inspected them all last night and they all have small, rough, sharp chips. as lovely as they are, i am going to throw them away because they are just too dangerous.

The glass has a color, sheen, and brightness that I enjoy. These are not delicate, thin-as-air glasses that disappear over time. No, these are sturdy glasses that can survive daily life and will stick with you over the years. Sensible yet somehow luxurious, too. Note: they have seams from machine pressing. Made in France. Only holds 8 ounces if filled to the very brim. If filled to a reasonable level, holds about 6 ounces.
