I used this jute twine for making a slow match for camping and bushcraft. I used 3 parts hard paraffin wax with 1 part soft paraffin wax and it works very well. Lights easily with a ferro rod or butane lighter and burns hot for lighting camp fires and my Emberlite stove. Extremely light weight and easy to carry a good quantity depending on how long you expect to be afield. Highly recommend for this purpose. I probably won't ever use it for its true intended purpose.

Love this rope for crafting. It looks nice and is easy to use. Not too thick and not too thin. It does have a smell when first opening the package but it dissipated within a few days.

Great jute rope! Thick and sturdy, doesn’t easily fray which is what I was looking for so I could make a durable ottoman. I used 4 of these to make the ottoman in the picture. I love the final product.I would recommend this product.

The rope was what I needed for my project but it smells so bad and it came later than it was suppose to. It was to be used on a project that is a gift and even after airing it out the smell is still bad 🙁
