Fake or Tampered Product – No Seal, Misaligned Labels, Blurry Font – BEWARE!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is hands down one of the most suspicious beauty products I’ve received online. I’ve used the L’Oréal Vitamino Color mask and shampoo before — the original one I got from Nykaa was high quality, with sharp packaging, correct label alignment, and perfect consistency. This one? Completely off. • The label print is blurry and feels low quality. • The text alignment, especially “MASQUE PROFESSIONNEL / PROFESSIONAL MASK”, is misaligned and sloppy. • There is no inner seal under the lid, which is completely unacceptable for a professional haircare product. • Even the bottle texture and font looks sketchy compared to my older original. • And worst of all? It’s marked NON-RETURNABLE, so I can’t even send back something I don’t trust to put on my hair. I recently bleached my hair and trusted this product to help repair it — now I’m worried I might’ve used something unsafe. I’ve already reported this and contacted the brand directly with batch codes and photos for verification. This is either a counterfeit, tampered, or poor repackaged product. Either way, Amazon and this seller (RK WORLD) should be ashamed to list high-risk beauty items without allowing returns or checks. I want my refund immediately. Don’t buy this unless you want to risk damaging your hair or applying some mystery cream to your scalp.

Soddisfatta come sempre. L’Oréal è sempre una garanzia! Tutta la gamma ha profumi molto buoni che restano anche a capelli asciutti. Lascia i capelli molto morbidi e lucenti. Prezzo forse leggermente alto ma sicuramente un prodotto di qualità!
