Is the batmobile it self 19 inches in lenght

The Batmobile does not seem to be 19”. I measured the shell from outside the package and it looks to be 8.5”. Not sure why the Amazon description lists the product dimensions as such.

NO! The hood and trunk do not open, only the doors!!
