Quality is questionable, product flavor is bland
I should've taken the paper bag as a huge warning sign that these beans would be extremely poor. The labeling is condescending at best - "don't even think about putting in the fridge." or other some such nonsense.Even Starbucks beans had better flavor and quality than this. Maybe instead of worrying about feel-good initiatives, try worrying about making a decent product first. Avoid these beans at all costs.

Great tasting espresso!
I love this coffee! This is my third time purchasing and I noticed the packaging label does not have the USDA organic emblem, as the previous ones did. I wondered if I ordered the wrong one but when I checked the description it is described as organic. I wonder why there is no label? I trust this product but am curious. Perhaps the money involved in obtaining the USDA certification? That I totally understand!

Smooth and not over roasted
Delicious, high quality espresso beans. I actually bought whole bean and ground them for my auto drip coffee maker. My morning coffee was perfect. The coffee was not over roasted or burnt tasting like other premium coffee brands. The brand were quite smooth and well balanced. I know this is a strange comment but I also like the way they package their beans. The bags are lined with what appears to be some type of foil. The great part about that is that the beautiful coffee oils don't bleed into the paper packaging like other brands. It really keeps the beans fresh! Lastly, I really like the fact that the beans are responsibly sourced. These are organic, Rainforest Alliance certified and Fair Trade certified coffee. I have bought a couple of bags so far and will continue to buy again. I also just bought their Columbian coffee with the blue label. Delicious!

Incredible flavor and all around espresso!
I try out a lot of different coffees for my espresso. I was very excited to try Grumpy Mule's Snapshot! I brewed it two different ways and was loving both. The first, I pulled a shot and made a cappuccino with whole milk. The milk brought out the sweet chocolate notes of this coffee. It is now my go-to for my cappuccinos! The second, I brewed in my french press. OH MY!! I'm in love! The sweet chocolate notes came out, along with this subtle berry. It was an incredibly smooth coffee with no bites at the finish. Can I just say... I'm in love!

Great coffee
This is great coffee. It is strong and not bitter. I wish we could get more of the Grumpy Mule coffee here in the States. If you go on their site, there are a lot more types than the three available on Amazon.

Thought it would be stronger, given the high ratings
Nothing special here... it tastes good, but more like a regular cup of joe, not the strong "espresso" that you might expect. Then again, maybe I didn't brew it right. Don't get me wrong, it certainly is drinkable, it's just too much like ordinary coffee to warrant the premium price.

Tastes amazing
This coffee is delicious. Rich, nutty, strong, I bitterness. The only down side is that it makes it harder to drink other people’s coffee when you have to.
