This must be assembled and the process is a bit tedious. If you don’t like DIY, this product is not for you.

Very cute, easy to string up, worth it

Pretty banner. Very flimsy. Arrived with bent corners. I thought there would be 2 ribbons; one for happy and one for birthday, to hang it up with, but there was only one. As well, the letters were smaller than I expected; it “ disappeared” in the backdrop of the other decor. This item may work well taped on a flat wall, but not hanging against a streamer wall. Being a Prime Member I thought I could return items for free that I wasn’t satisfied with, but not so. Only items that are labeled “Free returns” are returned for free. Which makes sense, but with all the “FREE shipping” written everywhere, it’s easy not to notice if the item is also labeled “free returns” as well. To return this item it will cost me approximately the same amount as I paid for it. Take notice in the future. I know I will. Furthermore, given the Coronavirus situation, they is no one to contact via email, chat or phone at Amazon. I would think that since Amazon has employees to fill orders, they would have their Customer Service Dept. working from home, available to communicate with their customers. As it is now, there is no way to communicate with anyone at Amazon. Not only is it frustrating and unfortunate, it’s also disappointing.

I really like this sturdy banner. It was easy to assemble and was a good value. The item was exactly as described.HOWEVER, I would like to note that it was shipped by Amazon so I know this is not the sellers fault BUT, the banner was folded up when placed in the large shipping envelope. There was absolutely NO reason for this as it would have fit just fine in the size envelope they used. While packing orders please be a little more careful and maybe consider if you would want to receive product the way you are folding or beinding it. I never expected for it to arrive with the betters folded in half and creased. I flattened it the best I could bt was not happy. If I hadn't been pressed for time and needed it NOW, I would have returned it for a new one.

The product was easy to assemble for the price. These pictures weren’t taken to highlight the product specifically- they are sparkly and silver in person. The pictures show the size compared to a table/room.

We used this at my daughter's birthday party. It was adorable and added to the décor nicely. The only down fall was you had to weave the string through the letters. I'm sure plenty of signs like this are the same. It does not diminish the value of it. I just should have paid closer attention so I didn't try and rush doing it right before the party.

I bought this as a last minute birthday decoration for my son's 9th birthday because I thought this would be perfect for his fortnite theme, but I also thought that it would go with any other birthday whether it be girl or boy!😊 It's annoying a bit to assemble, but didn't take that long. But it is GORGEOUS! I'm obsessed! Glad I don't have to buy another one of these ever again lol. Don't buy ones that are only a certain theme or character! Just buy one that'll go w/ everything like this one!😊 So cheap too. The camera I have on my phone does not do it justice! I also love the size! My hand is not small lol.

I bought this for my daughter's frozen theme party but I wanted something that I could use again for another birthday - great choice. I will be using this again for another birthday with a different theme. I took a little time to cut out all the wholes and assemble but it was a good buy.
