Aluminum 1/8 NPT Male Thread Allen Head Socket Pipe Plug Hex Black Anodized Pack of 2

High quality machining and smooth anodized black finish. I needed this plug to seal an aluminum radiator I modified to fit inside my Chevy S10 core support by cutting off the filler neck and drilling and tapping the remaining "boss" to accept this 1" tapered NPT plug. I used Aviation #3 sealant on the threads. Made an install tool from a bolt, spacer, split lock washer and nut which made it easy to fully tighten. This plug has remained completely sealed under heat and cool cycles containing a 50/50 coolant/water mix under 7 psi of pressure up to temperatures near 200 degrees Farenheit. I'm very impressed with the fit, finish, quality and value. Highly recommended!
