I love this bag however I am very disappointed with the long strap that comes with it. It takes away from the quality of the bag itself. The material of the bag is very good, however, I was expecting that the strap would have been of the very same material but it's not. It is a cheap looking strap. I hope it doesn't burst in the 1st week of use.Also, I thought my 15" laptop would be able to fit inside the bag but it can't. A day later, I tried putting a 14" laptop into the bag and it is yet to fit into the bag. I reduce the stars because I have found too many faults before use. The zipper is not even smooth so I had a difficult time closing and opening the bag, even though it has nothing inside of it. I love the look of the bag but it is not worth the cost one bit. The features needs to be adjusted!The package did not come with a return label, I don't even know how to return it... I have no use for it.
