Arrived on time. Well made stainless steel construction. Creates smooth mashed potatoes, is easy to use and clean. Works well on sweet potato as well. I bought this to replace a very old ricer that was warn out. This ricer is much better than the old one. Would recommend.Regards Bryan Jones.

I have never owned a potato ricer.In honesty, I’ve never even owned a potato masher.However, I decided to purchase this in order to make slimming world meals (potato waffles mainly, but also has come in handy for cottage pie etc).I thought it would end up dusty at the bottom of a drawer, but I’ve already used it so much and absolutely love it!It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and creates beautifully textured potatoes.5 stars. Wonderful. Highly recommend.

Easy perfect mash every time , wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have arm strength though! It can be a bit hard to push but it’s fab for mash

Ricer worked fine for the time i had it, it had maybe a dozen uses over the 8 month period before the main metal ring completely snapped (not at a joint or due to a loose screw) cutting my wife's hand. Contacted Netta direct as it's within warrantee , had no response.
