My girlfriend has 'princess pea head' - she gets neck problems with almost every pillow she tries. Her favorites were always big squishy hotel pillows, so after doing some research we discovered these were the ones in many Mariotts and Embassy Suites. We'd already bought every other cheap feather pillow option, and even a few of the mid-range firm boxy side sleeper kind. Nothing worked. She hated all of them. None of them were soft enough while still providing enough support for someone that tosses and turns. This pillow turned out to be perfect! They're expensive but worth it if that's what you're looking for in a pillow, but this pillow is by no means 'firm' so don't let that part of the description sway you. It's just the perfect fluffy, crunchy, crushable pillow, and now we need three more.

Pillow came compressed in very smallpackaging from overseas. Opened and let sit for a couple of days to air out and fluff up. After a couple of days, my neck and face itched and burned. When I stopped using the pillow it went away. I feel like there were chemicals in this pillow that made my face burn and itch. Had my husband try and same thing happened to his face. We do not have allergies. Tried to return with no luck.

I am a fan of down feather pillows, it's all I will use. I've been through many pillows and wasted many hundreds of dollars to try and find the right pillow for me. After using this pillow for a couple months now, I think I've found it with this one. It bounces back into shape and fluffs right back up like new. Its firm, yet soft. I like it because I can scrunch it and arrange my pillow the way I want it. I'm a pillow hugger and a side sleeper. If you're looking for a solid pillow, this isn't it.I will purchase again!

We were surprised to find absolutely no "law label" (the "Under Penalty of Law" tag that lists the contents and origin) and no manufacturer tag on this pillow. It made us wonder if the pillow was already used. We were not reassured by the address on the UPS label: "Returns Dept, Union Rescue Mission, Los Angeles CA." Very strange. We would like an explanation for both of these unusual occurrences.

I recently purchased a different Down Dreams pillow (from another site) and it was not the hotel style. This pillow is heavenly and just like the one I double unzipped at the hotel to figure out the brand. It is the perfect amount of firm support AND softness. It’s hard to believe until you’ve tried it. Once the seller restocks, I’m buying one for every member of my family. 25 years of buying and tossing expensive (and disappointing) pillows; those days are OVER! I’m so happy.

This product is the firmer version of the pillow I encountered at The Hilton Doubletree. I bought two. They are excellent, high-quality down pillows but if you liked the regular version the firm version will probably not be your cup of tea. The letter that comes with the pillow is so cordial about that matter and says if they're too firm you should feel free to return them. Evidently many people have this issue.If you like a firm pillow that stays fluffy,this is a good purchase for you.

Too fat

It took a few nights to get used to it, but now this is my favorite pillow. I would consider it a semi-firm feather pillow. I can still fluff it and form it, but it still has some support. I'm a fan and haven't had a neck ache since I got it.
