When I worked as a barista, this was what we used, and it's excellent! You have to know how to mix it, though. There's not much coffee in the mix, so it's easy to make it as strong as you want by adding coffee or espresso. This is also a great base for adding other flavors like caramel, or even fresh fruit, so it's almost like a smoothie.Hot: Mix with hot (hotter the better) milk or coffee. You can mix in blender or, if you have a pro-type steamer, you can use that (but make sure to mix powder with the liquid a bit first -- the powder will fly everywhere if you don't, trust me).Cold: In your glass, fill with ice cubes. Add any liquid to the glass until it's about 3/4 full (you can add cold milk, cold coffee, extra flavours, or a mix). Add the powder to the blender -- about 1 scoop for a smaller sized drink, two for a large. Add your liquid & ice mix from your cup. Blend on low speed for about 20 seconds, then high until you get the consistency you want. For a less thick drink, use less ice cubes.

Wish the ingredients were clean, but it's delicious.

This mix should be the reference for all iced coffee mixes. Consistent flavor -- never a bad comment from anyone I have made this for. Price is creeping up -- but so are most consumables. Still an issue with distribution -- Amazon does not have this in stock and ready to ship the same day (sometimes wait a few weeks -- unacceptable) -- I still miss the canister...

Absolutely love this product. It saves me a lot of money and trips to the coffee shops and I can adjust it to my own taste.

Nice flavor and mixes well hot or cold. Not gritty and very smooth. Just like Starbucks frappe and other lattes. I even mix instant coffee with it to bring out more espresso flavor (less cocoa flavor) to serve it as a delicious hot coffee.

Very easy to make in a rush in the morning. You just add milk & ice, then blend! Love the flavor & definitely saves me hundreds as opposed to going to starbucks every morning!

It is very good, although I add about 1/4 cup instant coffee for more coffee flavor. When I first purchased it was around $20. I can't pay $ 35, so hopefully the price come down again.
