Yup- works well. Just that the handle is a bit wobbly which probably is the case to some extent w all carry ons :-)

Q: I'm torn between the 20" and the 24". Is the 20" big enough for a week's worth of travel?

No, I don't think so. I have the 24in and just used it for a 6 day trip and it was perfect. Not to big or to small. The 20in would not have worked for me. For the money the 24 is better. But it would probably not work as a carryon.

Q: what size check-in should i even get for only 10 days vacation i dont want over due it not like I'm gonna be changing 3 times a day?

I bought the 28" check in for my 12 day vacation and that was talking an outfit a day plus shows and hair products.

Q: Is 28" measured w wheels to top?
