As described, takes a little bit to make a snow cone but it does the trick

Works pretty darn good.Ppl complain about noise level, big babies, it’s an ice crusher.

I like it, it is fast and makes the ice still a little crunchy. easy to take apart to dry.

The unit looked good out of the box. Easy to set up, and the price was perfect for what I needed it for.Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the performance. It failed after about 15 seconds of use the first time I tried it. It made a grinding noise and just stopped working. This was characteristic of a blown component or breaker. I checked my power per their "Problem Resolution" process, but it was okay. I then inspected the unit, looking for a reset button, but could not find one. I contacted the company via their return procedure and opted for a replacement unit instead of a refund. I figured everyone could get a "lemon" once in a while, and it was just my turn. The replacement unit arrived 2 days later. This one did not even last as long as the first—same issue. I had the unit set to the largest setting as I wanted "crushed," not "shaved" ice. It may be better at the lower setting, but I never got a chance to find out. The company did refund my purchase price, but I would have preferred to have received a unit that worked.

The first one I had and loved should have a warranty it broke. I recorded this one. I can’t locate the past order on Amazon lasted about five months I really want to claim the warranty or send me a replacement

Works great Use it often

Drinks taste better with crushed ice. Yes, it's noisy but you're crushing hard ice! Didn't notice a difference in size with the different settings.
