In fact, I find it very unusual that neither carbs nor calories are listed anywhere on the container. It should be listed under "Supplement Facts" but isn't on the current container.

Is it normal that it doesn't come with a scooper?

No. I've ordered this product four times and have always gotten a scooper. Contact EVL and get a replacement. Also make sure you didn't get a counterfeit product from another reseller.

does anybody else get really really hungry after 1 hour so of drinking this?

I have but it also is because I typically am working out while taking it so that could be it as well.
